Please follow the steps below for setting up the Dialogflow CX.
- Please visit the URL “https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/cx/projects/id-84c077437459ebd4/locations” and click
“Create agent” button.
- Upon clicking “Create agent” button, a popup
will open and please select the 2nd option “Build your own” in the
popup.
- In the next popup, kindly enter “chatbot_2” in
the Display name and select “global (Global serving, data-at-rest in US)”
option in the Location dropdown and keep the Time zone, Default Language as
default options as shown below. Then kindly click “Create” button to create the
agent.
- Once the agent is created, kindly click on the
three vertical dots to open its menu and then click on the “Restore” option
from the menu.
- In the next restore agent popup, kindly select
“Upload” option as Select file source and click “select file” to upload the zip
file (exported_agent_chatbot_2.zip) attached in this ticket. Also, please keep
the other default values and click “Restore” button to finish the setup.
