Knowledge Article for Dialogflow CX Setup

Work Instructions:

Please follow the steps below for setting up the Dialogflow CX.

  1. Please visit the URL “https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/cx/projects/id-84c077437459ebd4/locations” and click “Create agent” button.
  2. Upon clicking “Create agent” button, a popup will open and please select the 2nd option “Build your own” in the popup.
  3. In the next popup, kindly enter “chatbot_2” in the Display name and select “global (Global serving, data-at-rest in US)” option in the Location dropdown and keep the Time zone, Default Language as default options as shown below. Then kindly click “Create” button to create the agent.
  4. Once the agent is created, kindly click on the three vertical dots to open its menu and then click on the “Restore” option from the menu.
  5. In the next restore agent popup, kindly select “Upload” option as Select file source and click “select file” to upload the zip file (exported_agent_chatbot_2.zip) attached in this ticket. Also, please keep the other default values and click “Restore” button to finish the setup.
