    How to Raise a CCD


    Step 1: After successfully logging in, click the plus symbol (+) in the browser’s bottom left corner to create a ticket.

    Step 2: Select the Type dropdown to choose the type of ticket you want to create.

    Step 3: Choose "CCD" for change control deployment.

    Step 4: Fill in the other required details necessary for initiating a CCD, and finally, click "Create."
