About Change Order
Change Order forms are primarily utilized by certain delivery teams within Exela, employing a unique approach to deploying changes for their Product/Project in the Production Environment. The groups listed in the Change Order form apply only to those not utilizing the CCD process.
All other change orders, such as software installations, new hires, and exit terminations, must be individually raised as tickets to the respective IT infrastructure team by the corresponding team.
Change Order Workflow:
Stage 1 (Initial Stage): CHANGE ORDER GROUPS - CO Requester will part of this group to review and route the request to CO Manager Review.
Stage 2: CHANGE ORDER MANAGER - Respective project delivery managers are available in this queue, to review and assign the request to CAB review.
Stage 3: CAB REVIEW
Stage 4: CO RELEASE MANAGEMENT - Respective project delivery heads are available in this queue, final stage of approval, once request approved, routed to the implementation queue.
Stage 5: CO IMPLEMENTATION - Respective project deployment group members are available in this queue.
