Notification Settings

Emails gets triggered by the system and users are notified of the ticket. Users who all have privilege to edit a ticket of a particular group, will get email notifications.
Users can turn off their email notifications by the following steps.
1. Click the initials mentioned indicating the logged in user at the left bottom of the screen.
 


2. Click Profile
3. Below UI appears for the user


4. Click on Notifications and users can opt for group to which they would like to get notified.
